Gul Dress — Kala Cotton Ajrakh

Gul means flower. This dress carries that idea across its cloth.

The fabric begins on the loom, woven in Kala cotton before passing into the hands of Ajrakh printers. Our own block design brings Bloom to life through a pattern of branching stems and flowers, unfolding across a blue ground.

Fine pleats through the bodice give the dress its shape, opening into a flowing skirt. Full sleeves gather gently at the cuffs, bringing softness to the silhouette.

Gul can be worn front to back, giving you two ways to wear the same piece. Choose the simple round neckline, or turn the dress around to bring the keyhole opening and ties to the front.

How to wear

Wear the round neckline at the front for a simple finish, or bring the ties forward for a different look. Pair with sandals on warmer days, or layer with boots and a wool cape as the weather cools.
